After midnight the city goes quiet and almost every kitchen is shut. Ours is not. The menu after midnight is the full menu: momos, biryani, fried rice, chowmein, burgers, chilly dishes, wings, soft drinks and desserts.

Every hour after midnight is a normal working hour for this kitchen. There is no reduced late-night menu and no surcharge for ordering at 3 AM rather than 8 PM. The delivery charge depends on distance, not on the time.
Paying after midnight
Cash on delivery works at any hour — riders carry change. Paying online is quicker if you would rather not go looking for notes at 2 AM.
