Track your order
Enter the order number you got after ordering and the phone number you ordered with. The tracking page then updates by itself as the kitchen and the rider move your order along.
Other ways to find your order
- On the phone you ordered from: open the menu and choose My Orders, then tap your order.
- Right after ordering: the confirmation screen has a Track order button.
- Can't find the order number? Call us and give the phone number you ordered with — we can look it up.
What each step means: Received — we have your order. Confirmed — the kitchen accepted it. Cooking — it is being made. On the way — a rider has it and will call you when close. Delivered — enjoy.
