Every order lands in the same system, tagged with where it came from, so we know which channels our customers love.
2. The kitchen — recipes, stock and costing
Every dish has a recipe in Sarbatra, down to the gram and the packaging. When an order is cooked, the ingredients come off stock automatically. Purchases from different vendors come in against real costs, so we know what each plate costs to make — not what we hope it costs.
3. Delivery — riders and the promise we make
Riders get their orders on the Sarbatra rider app. Every order carries the time we promised at checkout, and the dashboard shows, in green, yellow and red, whether we kept it. That one chart has made us faster than any meeting ever did.
4. The books — closed every night
Sales reach the ledger when an order is delivered, dated by the night it was cooked — an order at 1 AM belongs to the evening before, which is how a night kitchen actually thinks. Staff and owner meals are recorded separately, so the counter total is always the real counter total.
