Last updated: June 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BhokLagyo food delivery service. By placing an order you agree to all terms listed below.
By accessing or using the BhokLagyo website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. By using this service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or if pricing errors occur.
We deliver within our service area in Kathmandu Valley. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, or order volume. BhokLagyo is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control. The risk of the order passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
We accept eSewa, Khalti, and cash on delivery. Payment must be completed before food preparation begins (for digital payments). We reserve the right to decline orders if payment cannot be verified.
Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement. Once preparation begins, cancellations are not accepted. For refunds related to wrong items, quality issues, or delivery failures, refer to our Refund Policy page.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are liable for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You may not use our service to place fraudulent orders, submit false reviews, attempt to interfere with our systems, or violate any applicable law. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.
All content on this website — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of BhokLagyo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
BhokLagyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the specific order in dispute.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
