Late Night Momo Delivery in Kathmandu

Momos are delivered across Kathmandu until 4:30 AM. They are far and away the most ordered thing on this menu after 10 PM, and the kitchen is set up for it.

The kinds we make

1. Steam — the plain one, and the one to judge a kitchen by.
2. Fried — crisp outside, same filling.
3. Jhol — served in a soup that arrives hot in a sealed container.
4. C momo — tossed in a chilli sauce, the late-night favourite.
5. Kothey — pan-fried on one side.
6. Sandheko — cold-tossed with spices, onion and lemon.

Each comes in chicken, buff or veg.

Do momos survive delivery?

A steamed momo suffers most from sitting in a sealed box — it keeps steaming and softens. We pack so the steam can escape, and jhol momo travels with the soup separated. If you are more than half an hour away, fried and C momo hold up best.
